Operations Strategy Analyst / Consultant – Regional Operations

About the role

Join Shopee’s Regional Marketplace Operations team as an Operations Strategy Analyst/Consultant. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape the Shopee app and operational processes, driving strategic initiatives that improve the e‑commerce experience across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to define and refine operational policies, processes, and product features.
• Lead project‑based initiatives that identify and implement solutions for significant improvements in e‑commerce workflows.
• Own and drive high‑impact projects across verticals such as Customer Service, Payments, Listings, Seller Operations, Returns & Refunds, and Fraud.
• Apply strong analytical and pragmatic approaches to deliver measurable results.
• Communicate effectively to promote adoption of best‑practice planning and execution across diverse teams.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e‑Commerce, management consulting, or in‑house strategy.
• Proven analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Exceptional stakeholder‑management skills with experience collaborating across multicultural markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in managing complex projects.
