Operations Supervisor – Contract Logistics & SCM

About the role
The Operations Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day activities of the contract logistics and supply‑chain management team, ensuring customer requirements are met on time and with high quality. This role combines operational oversight, staff development, and performance reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee department operations covering order fulfilment, delivery timelines, inventory integrity, and documentation.
- Train and develop staff, ensuring compliance, discipline, and quality output.
- Prepare and report management KPIs for timely review.
- Invoice customers to secure timely revenue collection.
- Handle day‑to‑day operational issues and resolve bottlenecks.
- Perform any additional warehouse duties as directed by superiors.
Required profile
- Diploma in Logistics Management.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations within an MNC, freight forwarding, or logistics company.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience in storekeeping (advantageous).
- Good communication skills and fluency in English.
- Accuracy and speed in daily operational tasks.
