Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead and optimise the day‑to‑day processes of our coffee business. You will work closely with senior management to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure smooth execution across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the efficiency of operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in strategic planning and goal‑setting for the business.
• Analyse business requirements and customer needs to drive operational decisions.
• Research and implement methods to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on departmental performance metrics.
• Supervise, coach, and train employees to maintain high standards.
• Provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to work night and split shifts, as well as extra hours or weekends when needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
