About the role
YUE MEI is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team across its islandwide operations in Singapore. The role involves setting objectives, organizing workflow, and ensuring safety and efficiency standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Oversee and coach employees to achieve performance targets.
- Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, with periods of prolonged standing.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
- Effective problem‑solving capabilities.
