Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead our island‑wide team at AISHE INTERIOR. You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, ensuring safety compliance, and driving efficiency across all work sites.

Key responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to staff.
• Organise workflow by assigning tasks, preparing schedules and monitoring progress.
• Oversee and coach employees, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and uphold company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
• Willingness to work longer hours, stand for extended periods and work weekends/public holidays.
