About the role
Skyworks is seeking an Operator 3 to join its high‑performance analog semiconductor production line. The position involves simple production control activities, equipment loading and unloading, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritize daily production demands for each piece of equipment.
- Load and unload parts into manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain good housekeeping and workstation practices.
- Perform simultaneous tasks to maximize manning ratio.
- Execute any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Ability to work a rotating 12‑hour 4‑3 shift schedule.
- Comfortable standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and wear required protective apparel.
