Operator II / Technician – Manufacturing (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking an Operator II / Technician to join a leading manufacturing firm in Singapore. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to three years of production experience, offering a fast‑paced environment and opportunities for skill development.

Key responsibilities

• Perform production, assembly, and manufacturing operations following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operate production equipment and support daily manufacturing activities.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate production records.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and escalate issues when required.
• Assist with basic software installation and updates where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident.
• O Level, N Level, ITE, NITEC, Higher NITEC, SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates welcomed; up to 3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.

What we offer

• Basic salary SGD 2,200 – 2,800 per month
• Shift allowance SGD 300 – 400 per month
