Operator Success Manager (Hybrid, Singapore)

About the role

Travelport is seeking an Operator Success Manager to act as the primary operational liaison between Travelport’s internal teams and its on‑the‑ground operator partners in Singapore and other regions. The role is hybrid, combining autonomous work with collaboration across a globally dispersed team.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the operational relationship with assigned operators, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Guide operators on processes and templates, championing best‑practice adoption.
• Support the production of operator commission statements by tracking product counts and facilitating the Commercial Finance Process 7.
• Manage system‑credential and product‑enablement processes where self‑service is unavailable.
• Serve as escalation point for non‑commercial issues, including airline and product roll‑out matters.
• Identify operational trends that hinder growth and collaborate on solutions across regions.
• Champion centrally delivered projects such as product roll‑outs, working with programme managers.
• Connect operators with key support teams (Product, Commercial Operations, Enablement, Training) to ensure seamless delivery.
• Collaborate with other OSMs to drive efficiency, automation and self‑service initiatives.
