Order Fulfilment Executive – Up to SGD 3500

About the role

We are looking for an Order Fulfilment Executive to manage end‑to‑end order processing for our client, a Japanese multinational in imaging, electronics and healthcare. The role involves coordinating shipments, handling documentation and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of order fulfilment, from receipt to shipment and delivery.
• Process and maintain sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders and related documents accurately.
• Monitor order progress, provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders, and ensure service timelines are met.
• Coordinate export shipments with warehouses, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Prepare and verify export documentation such as commercial invoices and packing lists to meet customs requirements.
• Resolve order fulfilment issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain operational records to support billing, invoicing, accounts receivable and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse and external partners to support efficient order execution and supply‑demand planning.
• Generate and maintain required reports.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, shipping or logistics.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• SAP (preferred).
• Good working knowledge of Incoterms.
