Order Processing & Shipping Checker

About the role

The Order Processing & Shipping Checker ensures that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and shipments are arranged efficiently. Working closely with both customers and internal teams, this role is pivotal in maintaining smooth logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to fulfill orders and arrange shipments.
• Investigate customer complaints and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Liaise with the Operations Team to guarantee prompt and accurate order processing and outbound shipments.
• Prepare all shipping documentation and manage permit declarations.
• Maintain rapid response times to customer queries and complaints.
• Support month‑end closing by providing billing information for invoicing and accrual.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely inventory movements.
• Manage customer inventory systems and internal Warehouse Management System.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly customer‑service reports.
• Enforce workplace safety rules and DSV policies.
• Identify and implement process‑efficiency improvements.
• Ensure adherence to and updates of customer SOPs.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as directed by management.
