Order Taker / Coordinator (Junior Executive)

About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Order Taker / Coordinator to join our ink and chemical manufacturing team. The role involves handling customer orders, coordinating with sales and production, and ensuring smooth order processing from entry to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders via phone, email or in‑person accurately.
• Coordinate order details between customers, the sales team, and the production department.
• Prepare order documents, delivery notes and monitor shipment schedules.
• Assist the production team with order preparation and scheduling.
• Resolve order‑related queries promptly and maintain high customer service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / ITE Diploma / Nitec or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English; Mandarin, Chinese or Malay a plus.
• Punctual, responsible and able to work consistently.
• Team player who can multitask and handle challenges.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Odoo ERP system (preferred).
