OT Scrub Staff Nurse – Aesthetic Clinic (SGD 3K-6K)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced OT Scrub Staff Nurse to join our aesthetic clinic network across Singapore. The role involves supporting doctors during minor surgical and aesthetic procedures while ensuring a sterile environment and high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare procedure rooms, surgical instruments and sterile supplies before each case.
• Assist physicians throughout aesthetic and minor surgical procedures, passing instruments and anticipating needs.
• Maintain a sterile field and enforce strict infection‑control protocols.
• Perform instrument and consumable counts, and document nursing care accurately.
• Clean, disinfect and sterilise surgical instruments and equipment after use.
• Monitor and replenish medical supplies and consumables.
• Educate patients on pre‑ and post‑procedure care as directed.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in operating‑theatre scrubbing.
• Ability to work 5.5 days per week in an office‑based setting.

Required skills

• Sterile technique and infection‑control practices.
• Surgical instrument handling and counting.
• Patient positioning and preparation for procedures.
