Outbound Sales Representative (AI & Automation)

About the role

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative who will drive growth for UnlockLand Connect, our AI‑powered marketplace that links developers with trusted industry professionals. You will use AI‑driven research and outreach tools to identify high‑value B2B prospects, generate qualified meetings and help expand our global customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high‑value B2B prospects using AI‑powered research tools.
• Design and execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates.
• Book qualified meetings and product demos, and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities.
• Collaborate with founders, marketing and product teams to refine messaging and growth strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimise outbound processes.
• Contribute ideas for AI‑driven sales automation and growth experiments.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, SDR or growth roles.
• Comfortable with cold email, LinkedIn outreach and cold calling.
• Passionate about AI and eager to use AI tools to work smarter.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
