About the role

We are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our automotive body repair team at CarLours Auto Aesthetics. The role involves restoring vehicle bodies after accidents, working with both steel and aluminium panels, and ensuring high‑quality workmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out accident repair and body restoration work.
• Repair damaged vehicle body panels using appropriate panel beating techniques.
• Replace and align damaged panels and body components.
• Perform dent removal and structural repairs on steel and aluminium bodies.
• Coordinate with spray painters and workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive panel beating.
• Ability to repair a wide range of passenger vehicles.
• Positive attitude, punctual, and committed to quality work.
• Team player willing to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Panel beating techniques for steel and aluminium panels.
• Use of welding equipment, dent pullers, measuring tools, and panel repair equipment.
• Experience with aluminium body repairs (advantageous).
