About the role

The School of Art, Design and Media at Nanyang Technological University seeks a part‑time lecturer to teach the undergraduate course DD4005 Media Art Interdisciplinary Seminar (Animation & Games) beginning in August 2026. The role focuses on preparing students for careers in the media industry by covering essential professional topics.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and facilitate discussions for DD4005, covering copyright, intellectual property, law, accounting, career planning, professionalism, entrepreneurship, and employability.

Required profile

• Minimum Master’s degree or PhD in Animation or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of production and creative practice in media.
• Prior undergraduate teaching experience is preferred.
• Exceptional candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Animation with substantial industry experience may also be considered.
