About the role
The School of Social Sciences at NTU is seeking part‑time lecturers to teach modules within the Public Policy and Global Affairs Programme. You will join a dynamic academic team and deliver high‑quality seminars, lectures, and tutorials to undergraduate and graduate students.
Key responsibilities
- Develop course materials, syllabi, and assessment tools for assigned subjects.
- Deliver seminars, lectures, and tutorials in areas such as political theory, public policy, environmental governance, civil society, gender and development, ethics, and comparative politics.
- Grade assignments, quizzes, exams, and provide constructive feedback.
- Invigilate final examinations and manage student queries related to the course.
- Collaborate with the Head of Division to ensure smooth and timely course delivery.
Required profile
- At least a PhD in social sciences; a specialization in political science or a related sub‑field is advantageous.
- Prior tutoring or lecturing experience is preferred.
- Availability to teach and invigilate during designated office hours.
