Part-Time Lecturer – Public Policy and Global Affairs

About the role

The School of Social Sciences at NTU is seeking part‑time lecturers to teach modules within the Public Policy and Global Affairs Programme. You will join a dynamic academic team and deliver high‑quality seminars, lectures, and tutorials to undergraduate and graduate students.

Key responsibilities

• Develop course materials, syllabi, and assessment tools for assigned subjects.
• Deliver seminars, lectures, and tutorials in areas such as political theory, public policy, environmental governance, civil society, gender and development, ethics, and comparative politics.
• Grade assignments, quizzes, exams, and provide constructive feedback.
• Invigilate final examinations and manage student queries related to the course.
• Collaborate with the Head of Division to ensure smooth and timely course delivery.

Required profile

• At least a PhD in social sciences; a specialization in political science or a related sub‑field is advantageous.
• Prior tutoring or lecturing experience is preferred.
• Availability to teach and invigilate during designated office hours.
