About the role
The National Institute of Education (NIE) seeks enthusiastic part‑time lecturers to join the Office of Teacher Education & Undergraduate Programmes (TEUP). You will guide small groups of students, fostering a safe and reflective environment that supports both personal and professional development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead group discussions and activities for TEUP courses.
- Create a safe, reflective space that encourages open dialogue.
- Facilitate personal and professional growth among undergraduate students.
- Collaborate with the Office of Teacher Education & Undergraduate Programmes to align sessions with curriculum objectives.
Required profile
- Master’s degree, preferably in Counselling and Guidance or Applied Psychology.
- Relevant industry experience or proven skills in counselling, guidance, or applied psychology.
- Strong communication and facilitation abilities.

- Hourly remuneration according to institute rates.
- Engagement on a semester basis (January‑June or July‑December).
