Parts & Logistics Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Parts & Logistics Executive to join our manufacturing team in Gul Circle, Singapore. You will be responsible for coordinating parts orders, deliveries and inventory to ensure smooth operations for our agricultural machinery business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate order confirmation, parts pickup, and delivery scheduling; generate delivery orders and invoices.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, provide quotations and follow up on potential orders.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve technical issues, process parts orders and manage restocking requests.
• Manage incoming parts shipments, update inventory records and fulfil outstanding customer orders.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers and warehouse staff to schedule part deliveries and follow up on open orders.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma in Logistics Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
