Parts Sales Representative

About the role

A global leader in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for airports, offering solutions and aftermarket support services, is hiring a Parts Sales Representative based in Singapore through Timeo-Performance. The role supports spare parts sales and aftermarket operations by handling customer enquiries, quotations and orders, coordinating logistics and working with internal teams to deliver accurate, timely fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internal and external customer enquiries
• Prepare and provide accurate spare parts quotations
• Prepare, process and manage sales orders in the system
• Maintain customer relationships and follow up on orders
• Prepare shipping orders, picking slips and packing slips
• Receive incoming goods and update inventory records
• Coordinate shipment bookings and track inbound and outbound deliveries
• Handle freight quotations for inbound and outbound shipments
• Prepare and issue invoices to customers and purchase orders to vendors
• Work with the warehouse and sales teams, resolve basic issues and escalate urgent ones to management
• Perform ad hoc duties and other projects as assigned

Required profile

• Minimum GCE "O" Levels or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience (indoor or outdoor)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer service-oriented
• Willingness to work in Loyang; own transport is an added advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Teamwork in a cohesive, team-based environment
