About the role
NTU’s School of Humanities is seeking a part‑time lecturer to teach Chinese Creative Writing within its Minor programme. The successful candidate will deliver courses on Chinese prose and fiction, guiding students in developing their literary skills.
Key responsibilities
- Lead classroom sessions in Chinese for the Creative Writing minor.
- Design and plan the syllabus, including lesson plans and reading lists.
- Prepare teaching materials and resources for each class.
- Develop, assign, and grade assignments and projects.
- Provide academic consultation and feedback to students.
Required profile
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated teaching experience at the tertiary level.
- Proven track‑record in the techniques of writing Chinese prose and fiction.
- Ability to teach fluently in Chinese.
