Patient Service Officer – Urgent Care (Up to $3.2K)

About the role
This permanent position as a Patient Service Officer in an Urgent Care Centre involves managing patient appointments, registration, and billing while ensuring high‑quality service and compliance with regulations. You will also support billing processes, manage third‑party claims, and assist with corporate invoicing.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments and liaise with laboratory and diagnostic services.
- Handle phone, online, and walk‑in enquiries professionally.
- Perform patient registration and maintain accurate records.
- Process billing, payments, and third‑party claims, and manage corporate invoicing.
- Identify and promptly escalate urgent medical cases to clinical staff.
- Address patient feedback and support service recovery efforts.
- Ensure compliance with PDPA, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Provide administrative support including reporting, filing, and inventory coordination.
Required profile
- Minimum N/O level education.
- At least 2 years of experience as a clinic assistant or patient service assistant.
- Willingness to work three rotating shifts.
