People & Culture Intern

About the role

As a People & Culture Intern at Love, Bonito, you will gain hands‑on experience at the heart of our organisation, supporting employee experience and workplace operations. You will work closely with the People & Culture team on initiatives that shape how our people collaborate, grow, and thrive in a fast‑moving fashion brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating onboarding and off‑boarding processes for new and departing staff.
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement events and internal communications.
• Help maintain and update workplace operation tools and documentation.
• Contribute to HR projects such as performance reviews, learning programmes, and policy updates.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the People & Culture team.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university programme, preferably studying Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in people‑focused initiatives and a passion for building positive workplace culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
