People Operations Intern – Fall 2026

About the role

We are looking for a proactive People Operations Intern to join our People Operations & Services Team for the Fall 2026 term. The intern will support end‑to‑end employee experience initiatives, helping to streamline onboarding, benefits administration, and HR service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly documents for stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Manage system tickets related to employee benefits and claims, responding promptly and accurately.
• Maintain and update the HR chatbot with current documentation to assist employees in resolving queries.
• Compile and analyse data on HR service requests across local and regional teams, recommending process improvements.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Fast, proactive learner with strong planning, time‑management and organizational skills.
• Team player with a positive, can‑do attitude and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Full‑time availability for a 3‑6 month internship.

Required skills
