Recruitment Manager – Renewable Energy (Singapore)

About the role

NES Fircroft is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead its Renewable Energy talent solutions in Singapore. You will combine strategic leadership with hands‑on recruitment to connect top talent with cutting‑edge clean‑energy projects across Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing recruitment team.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients.
• Drive recruitment for solar, wind, energy storage and emerging clean‑technology roles.
• Oversee full‑cycle sourcing, interviewing and placement for contract and permanent positions.
• Provide market insights and shape NES Fircroft’s advisory position in the APAC renewable sector.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand market share in Singapore and the region.
• Maintain strong talent pipelines and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing or mentoring recruiters in an agency environment.
• Strong background in Renewable Energy, Power or broader Energy markets.
• Demonstrated success across the full recruitment lifecycle, including contract and permanent placements.
• Track record in business development and growing client portfolios.
• Exceptional relationship‑building skills with clients and candidates.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with ability to balance hands‑on delivery and strategic oversight.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
