People Operations Specialist (12 Months, Mandarin & English)

About the role

Taylor & Francis Group, part of Informa, is recruiting a People Operations Specialist in Singapore for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role sits in the HR team and supports employees at every stage of their journey, from onboarding to promotions and career changes. No prior HR experience is required, as full training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer service to employees across all their workplace needs
• Manage employee queries with speed, accuracy and care
• Support key milestones such as onboarding and career transitions
• Use modern systems to streamline processes and improve experiences
• Collaborate with teams to solve challenges and implement improvements
• Contribute to projects that shape how the company supports its people

Required profile

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is essential, as the role covers the APAC region and HR documentation and communications in both languages
• Right to work in Singapore; relocation support is not provided
• Open to candidates at all career stages; no prior HR experience needed
• Must be able to work in person at least 3 days a week, living within commuting distance of the Bugis Junction Towers office
