People Solutions Specialist – HR Operations

About the role

The People Solutions Specialist will partner closely with line managers and employees to deliver day‑to‑day HR support across the Singapore business unit. The role focuses on operational HR activities, employee lifecycle management and the implementation of HR policies while building foundational HR business‑partner capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support HO HR in partnering with assigned business units on daily people matters.
• Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and basic employee‑relations issues.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide consultation.
• Address employee concerns and support engagement activities, ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.
• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, performance management, talent development and employee movements.
• Assist with employee queries, grievances and disciplinary cases under senior HR guidance.
• Design and facilitate HR workshops and training sessions for assigned units.
• Ensure HR data accuracy in systems, support audits and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and ad‑hoc analysis as required.
• Co‑lead HR initiatives and projects such as policy updates and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and people initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Business or Human Resources Management.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience in a multinational environment.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, IHRP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR best practices.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience in HRIS implementation.
• Ability to work independently, identify issues proactively and propose practical solutions.
• Comfortable working with a diverse workforce of blue‑ and white‑collar employees.
