About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support a high‑performing household in Singapore. The role offers a stable, long‑term position with a focus on work‑life balance, open communication, and mutual respect.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate family travel, including flight research, hotel bookings, and detailed itineraries, especially during peak holiday periods.
• Manage timely payment of household expenses such as vendor invoices and school fees, maintaining accurate records.
• Oversee family rewards programmes, track points, redeem benefits, and keep records up to date.
• Handle magazine subscription renewals to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
• Arrange weekday lunches for the Employer, liaising with vendors and respecting dietary preferences.
• Plan and distribute festive hampers, working closely with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Maintain updated lists of art collections, contacts, holiday hamper recipients, and other personal inventories.
• Assist in tracking and managing Employer assets.
