About the role

We are looking for a high‑calibre Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our teams and visiting executives. You will ensure strict compliance with Group policies while delivering efficient day‑to‑day assistance.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with all Group policies, rules and regulations.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to assigned teams and visiting executives.
  • Coordinate office procurement, prepare documents and presentation materials, and manage filing systems in line with audit and compliance guidelines.
  • Schedule appointments, organise meetings and actively manage calendars for direct line managers.
  • Arrange travel, process expense reports and invoices according to CIB travel and expense policies.
  • Handle visitor and telephone screening, manage internal and external correspondence.
  • Offer basic IT system support and maintain accurate client/marketing databases.
  • Undertake ad‑hoc assignments while maintaining high quality standards.

Required profile

  • Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent coordination and organisational capabilities.
  • Energetic, confident, tenacious with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
