Photographer – In‑house Studio

About the role

We are expanding our in‑house studio and need a highly motivated, versatile photographer with a strong creative eye. The role involves capturing product and editorial content with excellent lighting, styling and composition, while leveraging AI‑driven tools to improve efficiency, consistency and creative output.

Key responsibilities

• Photograph product, model, editorial and campaign shoots both in studio and on‑location.
• Operate natural and studio lighting, including strobes, continuous lights and modifiers, using tethered workflows.
• Run high‑tech product imaging machines and DSLR cameras for daily e‑commerce production.
• Prepare props, sets and lighting to meet creative and technical standards.
• Perform image selection, color correction and basic post‑production using Capture One, Photoshop and AI‑assisted editing tools.
• Explore and implement AI solutions to streamline studio processes and enhance creative output.
• Upload and manage final image deliveries via internal systems, ensuring accuracy.
• Support studio operations, equipment maintenance and workflow optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of product and editorial photography experience, preferably in e‑commerce or studio environments.
• Strong foundation in lighting, styling, composition and colour accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting with multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
