Planning & Operations Executive

About the role

The Planning & Operations Executive supports the Technology Division’s day‑to‑day administrative and operational activities, focusing on procurement and finance functions. The role demands meticulous attention, rapid response, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for sourcing and category management of direct and indirect procurement categories.
• Initiate RFI/RFQ/RFP processes in the procurement system, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Process time‑critical purchase requisitions to maintain project and service continuity.
• Coordinate with requestors and Procurement to obtain quotations, prepare PR documents, and manage approval workflows.
• Execute contractual matters in line with corporate policies and ensure timely follow‑through.
• Input and update budget codes, cost centres, WBS elements, and GL codes for all transactions.
• Assist with delivery order verification, invoice processing, PO matching, and resolution of payment discrepancies.
• Maintain records, trackers, and documentation for procurement, contracts, and finance operations to meet audit and policy requirements.
• Provide general administrative support and facilitate cross‑functional coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher, or Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Meticulous, proactive, and able to manage time‑sensitive tasks independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness in cross‑functional collaboration.
