PMO Consultant – 1 Year Renewable Contract

About the role
This position is a one‑year renewable contract for a PMO consultant supporting the Innovation Group. The role acts as the single point of contact for business change requests, coordinating with technical delivery teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage small change requests (CRs) and associated budgets for the Innovation Group.
- Serve as the primary liaison for business needs, coordinating with technical delivery teams.
- Capture and formalise business requirements, uploading them into the eRequest system.
- Collaborate with system analysts to obtain effort estimates for changes.
- Review Impact Analyst cost quotations and prioritise with business users.
- Prepare presentations for governance forums and obtain approvals.
- Produce update and value‑realisation reports for the PSC.
- Support departmental administrative tasks such as onboarding/off‑boarding of resources.
- Coordinate key meetings, prepare meeting decks, project dashboards and arrange training.
