PR Communications Intern – Hybrid

About the role

The PR Communications Intern will support our client‑facing teams by creating and distributing a variety of communication materials. Working in a hybrid environment, you will gain hands‑on experience in media relations, research and basic account administration.

Key responsibilities

• Write and distribute pitch letters, news releases, backgrounders, fact sheets, bios, newsletters and reports.
• Create and maintain media lists and handle routine media inquiries.
• Monitor media coverage and report insights that affect client businesses.
• Develop and nurture relationships with journalists to convey client messages.
• Identify media opportunities proactively and conduct research for client proposals.
• Assist in coordinating events and promotions under supervision.
• Support account administration tasks such as billing and activity reporting.

Required profile

• Degree or post‑graduate qualification in PR, Political Science, Media, Communication or a related field.
• Fluent English; additional language a plus.
• Strong interest in communications and public affairs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid (remote/onsite) arrangement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
