Precast Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Precast Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of HDB BTO and residential building projects across Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets are met while coordinating diverse project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle from planning through completion, meeting safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve milestones.
• Develop and monitor schedules, resource plans, procurement strategies, and construction methodologies.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, contracts, and regulations.
• Control budgets, variations, and financial performance throughout the project.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, authorities, and key stakeholders.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation measures, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Provide regular progress, cost, quality, and safety reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building construction.
• Proven track record delivering projects from planning to handover.
• Experience with HDB BTO or large‑scale residential projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
