About the role

The Premier Wealth Relationship Officer supports the Premier segment by handling operational matters and assisting Premier Relationship Managers. This role ensures smooth loan financing processes, monitors renewals, and provides administrative support to the team.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate operational tasks for the Premier segment, supporting Relationship Managers.
• Coordinate loan financing cases, including drawdowns, monitoring, and renewals.
• Provide administrative support and handle cross‑referrals for portfolio reviews.
• Undertake additional tasks as directed by management.

Required profile

• A recognized diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in a sales and service support environment.
• Self‑driven, highly motivated, meticulous and detail‑oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of working both independently and within a team.
