Principal Accounts Executive – AP

About the role

Join Surbana Jurong’s dynamic finance team as a Principal Accounts Executive (AP) and play a key part in supporting month‑end close, cash flow management and regulatory reporting. Based at the innovative Jurong Innovation District campus, you will work alongside experienced accountants to ensure accurate financial records and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the senior accountant with month‑end closing, journal entries, schedules and reporting packs.
• Execute monthly bank and inter‑company reconciliations, following up on any outstanding items.
• Prepare cash flow reports and projections on a monthly basis.
• Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register.
• Compile quarterly GST reports and support audit and tax schedule preparation.
• Handle ad‑hoc finance tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
