Pricing Manager – APAC & EU

About the role

As a Pricing Manager you will own the execution of Delivery Hero’s pricing strategy across APAC and EU markets. You will shape fee structures for millions of users, ensuring competitive yet profitable pricing while enhancing the brand’s price perception.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement pricing strategy for a cluster of APAC & EU markets.
• Drive innovative pricing initiatives, including AI and automation integration.
• Identify, test, and scale opportunities to capture customer willingness to pay while maintaining fair pricing.
• Build and align a pricing experimentation roadmap across cross‑functional teams and local markets.
• Support target setting and achievement of the customer fee P&L, managing hundreds of millions of euros.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in pricing, analytics, top‑tier consultancy, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and proven experience communicating at all organizational levels.
• Proactive mindset with a track record of tackling complex problems autonomously.
• Experience working in matrixed, multi‑stakeholder environments.
