About the role
Ecla Institute is hiring a Primary Science and Maths tutor in Singapore to teach P3-P6 students with engaging, hands-on approaches aligned to the MOE syllabus and PSLE. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
Key responsibilities
- Teach small groups of P3-P6 students Primary Science and/or Mathematics.
- Use hands-on activities and visual aids to make abstract concepts concrete.
- Prepare targeted practice aligned to school assessments and PSLE format.
- Communicate student progress to parents with clear, actionable feedback.
Required profile
- Comfortable with the MOE Primary Science and Maths syllabi; primary school teaching experience is a plus.
- Patient and able to engage younger students with age-appropriate explanations.
- Professionalism, punctuality and consistent feedback.
