About the role

Micron Technology, a leader in memory and storage solutions, is looking for a Principal, Global Leadership & Organization Capability. The role helps shape how leadership development is designed, delivered and continuously improved, acting as a catalyst for enterprise culture change and for leaders to adapt quickly, redesign work with AI and sustain business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the people and leadership dimension of AI transformation, defining and scaling experiences that prepare leaders to navigate ambiguity, lead change and guide teams through role reinvention.
• Build differentiated leadership pathways aligned with Micron's Leadership Attribute Model, using assessment-led development such as 360 feedback and readiness indicators.
• Govern the leadership development portfolio as an enterprise capability system and build a global facilitator ecosystem, combining facilitated experiences, digital enablement and in-the-flow learning.
• Establish a measurement strategy showing the impact of leadership development on capability, talent readiness and organizational outcomes.
• Partner with Talent Partners and key leaders to align priorities with business and talent needs and drive adoption across the organization.
• Translate business priorities into scalable leadership strategies, using AI, experiential learning and data to drive adoption and measurable impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, culture transformation and/or enterprise change management, with deep expertise in global leadership programs.
• Enterprise-level experience influencing senior partners and aligning leadership development to strategic priorities.
• Track record of turning strategy into scalable experiences such as cohort programs, in-role development and assessment-led interventions.
• Experience using data and analytics to inform decisions and measure leadership impact.
• Preferred: exposure to AI, digital tools or data-driven approaches in leadership development; global team experience; large-scale transformation experience.
