- Design and deliver content tailored to local market needs, cultural nuances and business priorities, and support hyper-growth sites, new country expansions and transformation initiatives
- Adapt global frameworks and content to improve local relevance and adoption
- Reinforce leadership behaviors and enterprise values through on-site engagement, and drive adoption of key platforms (e.g., LXP) and learning strategies
- Partner with Transformation and Values teams on culture-shaping initiatives
- Provide limited support for global programs only when directly tied to a country-specific initiative or business need
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, organizational effectiveness or a related field
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering custom talent solutions in complex, global organizations
- Experience partnering with HR Business Partners / Talent Partners and senior business leaders
- Experience delivering solutions across multiple geographies and cultures
- Preferred: Master's degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business or a related field
Required skills
- Advanced capability in instructional design, adult learning principles and experience design
- Ability to translate business needs into impactful learning and talent interventions
- Fluency in AI tools to design, personalize and scale solutions, including rapid content generation
- Ability to move quickly from concept to deployment in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong facilitation and delivery capability for leadership and professional audiences
- Autonomy, ownership and strong initiative
