Logistics Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our warehouse team at SAESLA, a leading MRO provider for Trent engine families. The role supports the receipt, handling and storage of engine components, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, inspect for transportation damages and verify accompanying documentation.
• Unbox new parts, confirm that all required paperwork is present.
• Assist the store inspector with receive‑in checks and perform SAP Good Receipt transactions.
• Put away physical parts into designated storage locations and maintain housekeeping of the receiving and bonded store areas.
• Support monthly finance stock‑take activities when assigned.
• Conduct daily Foreign Object Debris (FOD) walks and update proactive reports.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant process‑working experience in a warehouse environment.
• Valid forklift licence.

Required skills

• SAP (Good Receipt module).
• Forklift operation.
