Private Bank Client Service Executive (Associate / AVP)

About the role

Deutsche Bank's Private Bank, one of the largest wealth managers worldwide, is looking for Client Service Executives to support Relationship Managers and Investment Managers in the day-to-day servicing of clients. The role covers processing transactions, resolving account and payment problems and providing operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Private Banker in delivering excellent service to high-net-worth clients and handling daily routine desk and market tasks
• Manage all arrangements related to meetings and understand client requirements to help maintain account relationships
• Act as the main client interface for initiating instructions, monitoring funds for payment, preparing client fax instructions, forms and loan disbursement instructions
• Escalate issues to management in a timely way
• Understand the governing regulatory framework, including confidentiality, secrecy and data protection rules and cross-border rules where relevant

Required profile

• 3 to 7 or more years of relevant Client Service Executive or Assistant Relationship Manager experience in investments, depending on corporate title
• Experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management is a must
• Relevant local licenses and qualifications such as CACS Paper 1 and 2 are a must
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Meticulous, methodical and concise, with strong attention to detail

• Proven ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and optimise workflows, with critical judgment on the ethical use of data and AI outputs
