Process Engineer – 12hr Shift (Loyang, Electronics Manufacturing)

About the role

We are seeking a junior Process Engineer to join our electronics manufacturing team in Loyang. The role operates on a 12‑hour day shift and focuses on improving process efficiency, material usage, and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Study and evaluate new methods and materials to enhance current manufacturing capabilities.
• Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to identify key process parameters and product characteristics.
• Assist production in establishing machine operation procedures and safety guidelines.
• Implement new processes and explore cost‑effective material alternatives.
• Investigate root causes of sample rejections related to process issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
• Diploma with 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Independent, creative, resourceful and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication, report writing and presentation skills.
