Process Engineer – Boon Lay (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team at Boon Lay on a contract basis. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, coordinating resources, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials and equipment to execute projects.
• Oversee day‑to‑day production activities, monitor schedules and identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams on root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Handle product acceptance with customers and maintain production documentation.
• Train operators and production staff on processes, equipment usage and maintenance.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Required skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic proficiency with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.

What we offer

• 1‑year contract (renewable/convertible) with onsite work at Boon Lay.
• Monthly salary SGD 3,500‑4,000 plus a completion bonus.
• Standard working hours Mon‑Fri 7:30 am‑5:15 pm, with occasional shift cover.
