Process Engineer – Fresh Graduate (Pharma/CDMO)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated fresh‑graduate Engineer to lead the design, installation, and commissioning of process systems and mechanical equipment for pharmaceutical and CDMO facilities. You will work on cutting‑edge projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards while optimizing operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, install, and commission reactors, piping networks, HVAC, utilities, and other mechanical equipment.
• Manage the full project lifecycle: develop technical specifications, conduct risk assessments, oversee on‑site installation, testing, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore BCA, SCDF, HSA, ASME standards, and GMP/GLP requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct process optimisation studies and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
• Validate installations against performance and safety standards.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act guidelines during all activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent (fresh graduates welcome).
• 0‑3 years of experience in process engineering or mechanical installation within pharmaceutical, chemical, or high‑precision manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, ASME B31.3, HVAC, and pressure‑vessel standards.
