Process Engineer – Precision Engineering & CNC Machining

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer to lead precision engineering initiatives within our CNC machining environment. The role focuses on developing, optimizing and maintaining manufacturing processes that meet ISO and GMP standards while driving productivity and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve CNC machining processes for precision engineering.
• Ensure all operations comply with ISO standards, GMP requirements and internal quality policies.
• Design and develop fixtures and tooling to support high‑accuracy machining and assembly.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot process issues and drive corrective actions.
• Program CNC machines, support automation projects and recommend tooling upgrades to reduce downtime.
• Conduct process validation, capability studies and lead lean‑manufacturing improvement projects.
• Document process workflows, SOPs and technical reports; provide training to operators and junior engineers.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in precision engineering and CNC machining.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and GMP compliance in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with clear communication abilities.
