Process & Performance Manager – Logistics (APAC)

About the role

The Process & Performance Manager – Logistics will act as the Process Owner Delegate (POD) for warehousing inbound and outbound activities across the APAC region, primarily in Singapore and Dubai with contributions for China. You will design, optimise and drive logistics processes, ensuring alignment with global standards and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Represent APAC in the global logistics process definition network and act as the POD for warehousing operations.
• Define, design and document logistics processes for the APAC region, ensuring compliance with the Business Management System (BMS) and Company Management System (CMS).
• Lead work‑packages for logistics projects, including IT requirements definition, implementation, user‑acceptance testing and training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as COH, Quality, Planning/SC, PM and Repair to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and deliver process‑related training for APAC warehouses.
• Test and integrate logistics solutions in digital tools (SAP and other platforms) and support automation initiatives.
• Provide level‑3 support for operational issues and conduct ad‑hoc data‑driven analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities, stakeholder management skills and intercultural understanding.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
