Process Technician – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for a Process Technician to join our plant on Jurong Island. This entry‑level position involves operating and monitoring chemical processes in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out process operation and monitor the DCS system throughout the shift.
• Patrol the plant area to ensure orderliness and safety.
• Verify that all documentation records are complete and report any deviations or missing data.
• Ensure compliance with quality, EHS and SOP requirements.
• Perform daily housekeeping and achieve a 5S score greater than 4.
• Follow routine work instructions and participate in internal training.
• Take part in TPM, KYT, Near‑Miss and Kaizen activities.

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC qualification in a chemical‑related course.
• Independent, fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work three rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates; experience in pharmaceutical or chemical process plants is an advantage.
