Procurement Associate / Senior Associate – Services & Technology

About the role
The successful candidate will join the Procurement Services and Technology team, supporting a shared‑services procurement model. You will lead sourcing events and manage the end‑to‑end supplier onboarding process, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Execute low‑ to medium‑complexity sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP) using the enterprise sourcing system.
- Manage supplier invitations, communications, clarifications and follow‑ups during events.
- Support supplier onboarding, verifying registration, tax and banking details.
- Validate supplier data quality and resolve basic issues to avoid PO and payment delays.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, SOPs and audit requirements.
- Handle high transaction volumes while meeting tight turnaround times and service‑level expectations.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and suppliers on system usage and standard processes.
- Identify recurring issues, escalate exceptions and drive process improvements.
Required profile
- Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field.
- 2‑3 years of relevant procurement experience (fresh graduates with strong learning ability are also considered).
- Meticulous, detail‑oriented and highly organized.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Adaptable to a changing business environment.
