Procurement Executive (F&B)

About the role

The Procurement Executive (F&B) supports Plaza Premium Lounge’s Singapore operations, ensuring timely purchasing, effective vendor management and strict compliance with internal and regulatory standards. You will work closely with the Procurement Manager and cross‑functional teams to keep the lounge’s food‑and‑beverage, housekeeping and office supplies flowing smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
• Manage sourcing and RFQ/RFP processes, evaluating suppliers on price, quality and reliability.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, monitor performance and conduct periodic reviews.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing and renewing contracts and price agreements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders and invoices in the ERP/CheckSCM system.
• Track spend data, analyse patterns and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit standards, hygiene, Halal and sustainability requirements.
• Collaborate with Kitchen, Operations and Finance teams to support daily procurement and project needs.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement or purchasing within a hospitality or F&B environment.
• Familiarity with vendor evaluation, contract management and compliance procedures.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret spend data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically CheckSCM.
