Procurement Executive

About the role

The Procurement Executive will support the Global Procurement team and manage procurement activities for the company's USA office. This role involves overseeing the full purchase‑to‑pay cycle, coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors, and contributing to cost‑saving initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end purchase‑to‑pay process, including sourcing, negotiation, cost comparison, vendor selection, order processing and liaising with finance for payment completion.
• Process purchase orders, ensure on‑time delivery, track procurement cycles and monitor order closure.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand product and service specifications, budgets and delivery timelines.
• Maintain and update procurement data and savings reports in a timely manner.
• Participate proactively in savings and improvement initiatives.
• Support vendor management by updating scorecards, summarising performance and proposing solutions.
• Arrange shipping, conduct cost analysis, negotiate quotes and coordinate with service providers for all orders.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Global Procurement Director.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in procurement, shipping or logistics.
• Enthusiastic, willing to learn and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and mature mindset.
• Good knowledge of procurement procedures and processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, graphs).
